What is check in / check out times at the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel?
At the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel, check in starts at 3:00pm, and our check out time is for 12:00pm noon.
Where and how do I park my car, and how much will it cost me?
At the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel we offer two options for parking. You can park your car yourself in our easily accessible self parking garage for $10 plus taxes per night, or you can have our valet department park your car for $20 plus taxes per night. Both options are available to you at check in.
Where is Casino Niagara in relation to the hotel?
It's simple for guests of the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel to get to Casino Niagara. The Casino is next to the hotel accessible via our internal walkway.
Do you offer shuttles to the Falls view Casino and Resort?
Shuttles are not offered directly through the hotel to get to the Falls view Casino, however Casino Niagara offers a shuttle that runs daily to and from both casinos.

Does the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel have a pool for guests?
The Sheraton on the Falls Hotel actually has two Falls view guest pools. An indoor Falls view pool which is open all year and a seasonal outdoor pool that overlooks the Falls. Don't forget about our Fallsview Indoor Waterpark which is also available to guests of the hotel.
Are there any fridges or microwaves in the hotel guestrooms?
Microwaves are not available in guestrooms, and refrigerators are available for your stay for a rental charge of $25 plus taxes. (Subject to availability)
