Excellent view!

I took my 13 YO daughter and her friend as well as another family friend with her 13 YO daughter. We were amazed at the hotel view of both American and Canadian Falls that we had. We were on the 19th floor. I found the staff very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Anytime I spoke with the concierge, or front desk I was always greeted with a smile. The room itself was clean and made up nice. I will definitely come back to this hotel again. The way the resort is arranged you can go to restaurants, gift shops, shopping, an arcade, and an indoor Waterpark, without even venturing outside. This makes it very convenient if you want to take a mid winter break. We chose the family fun package, which turned out to be a great choice. We had a blast!
